Effective from April 1, 2025, the cancellation policy will be as follows:
● 1 or more pairs/per pair
・From 4 days before (including the day of play) Weekdays: 4,000 yen
●2 pairs or less per pair
・From 7 days before (including the day of play) on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 8,000 yen
(Example) If the play date is Saturday, Cancellation fee will be charged from the previous Sunday.
●3 or more pairs per pair
・From 14 days before (including the day of play) on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 8,000 yen

Competition Prizes
・For orders of competition prizes, full payment will be required 7 days prior to the day of play.

Disclaimer
・If a weather warning (heavy rain, flood, strong wind, blizzard or heavy snow) is issued on the day of play, the golf course may decide not to charge Cancellation fee.

* Cancellation fee will be charged to the person making the reservation.

Cancellations can be made through your My Page up until 23:59 two days before the day of play.

For future cancellations, please call the golf course.

Registration of accompanying persons, changes to start time, number of groups, and number of people can still be made up until 23:59 on the day before play.
You can do this from My Page.

Please be aware that if you send your golf bag or other items to our golf course by courier service and the golf course is closed due to bad weather or other reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the items.
