others [Cancellation Policy]
Effective April 21, 2026, the cancellation policy will be as follows.
●1 or more groups/per group
- 8,000 yen for reservations made 7 days prior to the playing date on weekends and holidays.
(Example) If your playing day is Saturday, cancellation fees will apply from the Saturday of the previous week.
● 3 or more groups / per group
- 8,000 yen for reservations made 14 days prior to the playing date on weekends and holidays.
● Competition prizes
- For competition prize orders, full payment will be required starting 7 days prior to the playing date.
●Disclaimer
- In the event that the golf course is closed, the golf course may decide not to charge a cancellation fee.
●Other
・In case of no-show cancellation, 100% of the full booking fee multiplied by the number of people will be charged.
Cancellation fees will be billed to the reservation representative via SMS or other means.
The person making the reservation is responsible for any bank transfer fees.
Changes to the date or reduction in the number of participants after the cancellation fee has been incurred are not grounds for exemption from liability.
Cancellation fees for weekdays during the following period will be treated as weekend/holiday rates.
*Days designated as special days by golf courses due to Golden Week, Obon, New Year's holidays, and other scattered long weekends.

Cancellations are accepted via My Page until 23:59 two days before play.

For any further cancellations, please call the golf course.

Registration of accompanying guests, and changes to start times, group size, and number of players are still permitted until 23:59 the day before play.

Please be aware that if you send your golf bags or other items to our golf course via courier service, and the golf course is closed due to inclement weather or other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
