The following are the terms and conditions regarding compensation for accidents and other incidents that may occur during the use of our club facilities.
① The golf course will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by the intentional acts or negligence (such as carelessness) of users during play.
② If you cause damage to the facilities or other equipment (such as golf carts) while using our club, you will be required to pay for the amount of the damage.
From the above perspective, in order to prevent any potential damages incurred by our customers, we strongly recommend that you use our clubs with golfer's insurance or various types of liability insurance riders (please note that coverage may vary depending on the insurance policy; please check for yourself).
