Other ■Cancellation regulations
■For reservations for one group, Cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged from noon on the 7th day prior to the date (excluding the day of play).
■If there are two or more groups making a reservation and the number of groups decreases, Cancellation fee of 10,000 yen per group will be charged from noon 14 days prior to the date (excluding the day of play).
■Please note that if you make a reservation for 3 or more groups, if all groups cancel from one month prior to the date (excluding the day of play), Cancellation fee will be charged for each group.
■If there are vacant slots for 4 or more people, such as 4 groups or 12 people, 5 groups or 15 people, Cancellation fee will be charged (10,000 yen per group).
■Please note that in the case of tentative reservations for 3 or more groups or overlapping reservations, if all groups are canceled starting from 2 months prior to the date of play, Cancellation fee will be charged for each group.
If there are fewer players in a group, an additional fee will be charged.
(Weekdays 3B: 1,100 yen/person; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 3B: 1,650 yen/person)
■For plans that include prizes, the number of people cannot be changed more than one week prior to the event, so you will be charged the prize fee at the time of reservation.
■If we are unable to contact the person making the reservation by phone or email, we may have to cancel the reservation. Please make sure to register your contact information accurately.
■If you change your play date or plan once the cancellation policy has been applied, you will be subject to Cancellation fee.
*Golden Week, Obon, New Year's holidays, etc. will be treated as Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
