Other [Notice regarding self-management]
The golf course is self-service, so please carry your own luggage to the designated area.
◇For all dates, we ask that you unload your golf bag from your car upon arrival, and Club cleaning after playing.
◇Tea shops along the course will be closed. Drinks and other items can be purchased from vending machines in front of the starting room and along the course. Please prepare ・Cash in advance or use electronic money (ID, WAON, Rakuten Edy, QUICPay, PiTaPa, transportation IC, etc.).

[Cancellation fee]
■ Weekdays Cancellation fee of 5,000 yen per group will be charged from one day before the date of play.
■≪Saturdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and special business days≫ Cancellation fee of 10,000 yen per group will be charged from 14 days prior to the date of play.
[This applies from the time your reservation is confirmed. Please note that this also applies to date changes.]

[For competitions (3 or more groups)]
・For all dates, if there are 10 or more bookings, and more than 50% of the bookings are cancelled, Cancellation fee of 10,000 yen per booking will be charged regardless of the cancellation date. (Example) For a booking of 12 bookings, if 7 bookings are cancelled, Cancellation fee of 70,000 yen will be charged.
・For reservations made from April 2024 onwards, if all reservations for 3 groups of 9 people or more are cancelled on the same day one month prior to the play date, Cancellation fee of 10,000 yen per group will be charged.
・We ask that you apply with a minimum number of participants. If we are unable to meet the minimum number of participants due to customer circumstances, we will charge you an additional playing fee for the number of participants.
(Example) Normally, 12 people will be divided into 3 groups, but if there are 4 groups with 12 people, an additional play fee for 1 person will be charged.
*An additional 1,100 yen charge will be applied per person for 3 bags.
*If you are booking for 3 or more groups, we will need to confirm the number of groups 14 days in advance.
*If you are considering or making changes to a dinner reservation, please contact the golf course (0742-93-0511) at least one week in advance.
Please note that we will not be able to accept any applications after this date.

[Notes]
■Golden Week, Obon, New Year's holidays, and other periods that include "special business days" designated by the golf course, Cancellation fee will be charged for Weekdays, Sundays Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
