From Mizunami IC, take Route 19 towards Nakatsugawa. Turn right at the Kamadomachi traffic light.
Turn left at the T-junction, continue along the road, turn right at the Y-junction, enter Prefectural Route 65, Mitaka Yamaoka Line, and head towards Yamaoka.
Follow the signs along the way, turn left, pass the Tono Waterworks Office, and follow the road for 2.5km until you see Japan Professional Sports College on your right and head towards the course.
