■To customers who have made a reservation for the competition
Please confirm the number of groups in the competition at least two weeks before the play date, and let us know the pairings at least one week before.
Please note that groups of 3 must be 9 people or more, and groups of 4 must be 13 people or more. (From here on, the combinations will be determined by the lowest common multiple.)
Please note that if there are spaces available for four or more people, such as 12 people in four groups, 15 people in five groups, or 18 people in six groups, an additional fee will be charged for groups of three.
*The billing address will be the person making the reservation.
*If you cancel without notice, we will charge you 100% of the playing fee x number of people.
