From Hanwa Expressway/Sakai IC
Turn left at the Sakai IC exit and go straight for about 8km. Turn left at the intersection in front of Harvest Hill, go straight for 900m and then turn right at the T-junction. (Approximately 20 minutes)

Continue along the Senboku Rapid Railway for a short distance and turn right at Toyotakita. Enter the Izumi-Tondabayashi Prefectural Road and turn left at the Katakura traffic light to continue on your course.
Alternatively, from within Osaka city, you can take the Hanshin Expressway, get off at Sakai, and then take the Osaka Izumisennan Line from Sakai-Higashi via Otori.
