From Yaita IC, return to Utsunomiya on National Route 4, turn left at the first traffic light (Oyazu Footbridge), and take Prefectural Route 161 towards Otawara and Sakuyama.
Continue straight for a while (approximately 8km), then at the T-junction with a convenience store on your right, turn left towards Nakagawa-machi Otawara city. Turn right about 400m ahead, then turn right again at the T-junction at the end of the road. Continue along the road for about 5km, and the course entrance will be on your left.
