From Sendai, take National Route 4 through Iwanuma city, then National Route 6 towards Soma.
After passing Yamamoto Town Hall and the National Sanatorium, turn right and follow the signs about 4km into the course.
From Soma city, head north on National Route 6 and follow the signs.
If you are using the Tohoku Expressway, get off at Shiroishi IC on National Route 4 towards Sendai, then take Prefectural Route 30 onto National Route 6 and turn right.
